You know, it is easy to give a referral when the follow-up on problems is as conscientious as yours was. It shows a person who really thinks about the customer and provides good customer service. As you probably have gathered, I work for Aflac and we STRESS customer service here. Sometimes to the detriment of the company, but as much as possible to the benefit of the customer.

I was using another Sundowner dealership in North Alabama, but after the treatment I received this past week on some warranty work I am actively looking for another repair shop. I even considered traveling to Sundowner of TN for warranty work. I currently have 2 Sundowners a bumper pull and an LQ.
