I appreciated all the research and help that you offered in getting my Lakota trailer in for repair of the E1 code on the Heating and A/C system. I ended up talking with Michael from DHMCO and explained the delay for repairs here in the Crestview area and he offered to make time for me to come up to DHMCO in Newton, Alabama this past Monday 6/12/2017 and have a look at it. I arrived at 0755 and Michael and his technicians greeted me and immediately put my trailer into the shop and troubleshot and repaired the problem within 2 hours.It gave me time to chat with Dan Byers my salesman for my last 3 purchases, and to get better aquainted with the maintenace staff.
